Our course Director Gerry has been a barber for over 10 years himself with working in a number of popular barbershops throughout Belfast and has been a business owner for 6 years owning barbershops and has experience in growing staff from the ground up. From standard of haircuts to scaling clienteles & offers new perspectives in how to make your mark as a barber no matter what age, area or position you may find yourself in to bring you to the stage you are at now wanting to become a barber.

Senior Educator, Ryan Lunney having travelled across the UK/IRELAND showcasing his skills at the highest level he will be adding much valued information to all our learners who envision a bright future. Giving his insights in what it’s like to be a busy, consistent barber of high quality on a daily basis but also inspiring creative avenues that are now on trend & crucial to stand out as a barber in todays world. With Ryan’s experience & knowledge. Our students will be in great hands.

Co-Director Jordan Russell offers a unique perspective coming into the world of barbering to now find himself scaling multiple barbershop businesses and now teaching in our academy. Coming from a traditional barbering background, self teaching & continously investing in on the job training while building a clientele. His natural leadership qualities inspire those around him that things are possible if you have the intention to do so. Along with his rounded barbering ability, Jordan will cover all basis when it comes to support.

Ryan mcallister, a product of our Bespoke pathway to success and our first ever junior member of staff in the beginning of our barbershop brand. He joins our team from starting his journey with us as a client, working his way through the ranks to become a Senior Barber of our North Belfast location and now continues to reach new heights, becoming an Educator in our academy. Ryan has truly been an inspiration to our staff and to young people coming through, he shows with the right attitude and desire. Things are possible.
